4.  As you complete the required certification steps, AHIP will enter a green check mark in each box  When producers see the in all boxes, they will have the option to transmit their transcripts to HCSC  Simply click “transmit” next to each company name such as HCSC ◦ Your confirmation that the transmission worked, will appear next to our name

5.  Milestone Timeline Dates You Need to Know ◦ 2014 Certification Closes: August 31, 2014 (all 2014 courses will be removed from the To-Do List) ◦ 2015 Certification Opens: July 21, 2014 ◦ 2015 Certification Closes: access will be disabled  As of December 26, 2014 at 11:59 p.m. for sub-agents  As of December 31, 2014 at 11:59 p.m. for all agents and agencies ◦ 2015 Certification Reopens: January 5, 2015 for February 2015 and beyond  Important : Producers who fail to certify, Will Not Have the Ability to regain lost MAPD and PDP book of business  Continuing Education (CE) Credits Available ◦ CE credits are also an option through AHIP Pending Approval for Montana and Oklahoma
