2 2 Managing Employee Benefits Just Got Easier Anthem has redesigned and enhanced our online benefits management system which is now named EmployerAccess. The new system retains many of the features that originally made it popular, plus it’s added many new capabilities that will help you: Manage online enrollment Perform contract maintenance Handle benefit inquires Access reports Pay bills online And more – all from one web portal!

3 3 Logical Navigation EmployerAccess’ secure Web site is easy to follow. Just fill in the blanks and click on the tabs. The system guides you through transactions with prompts and alerts. And, thanks to the logically named and positioned tabs, you can easily find what you need. With EmployerAccess, now you can enjoy: Intuitive navigation New functionality and tools Integrated benefits management Ability to view and pay bills online

4 4 Discover Just How Easy it Really is To see how quick and effortless EmployerAccess really is, let’s do a quick walk-through. From the Overview page, you can: View pending activity View or change subscriber information Add new subscribers View open invoices Change login information Just fill in the blanks or click on any of the navigation tabs or links, and you’re off! With EmployerAccess’ newly designed, windows, drilling down for details is easy.

5 5 Find Employee by Name or ID Number Easy to find what you need to know about an employee’s coverage. On the Membership Page: Type in a member’s name or ID number Then click on the Search button

6 6 One Click Transaction Access Click to any transaction you need from this one window. Get a complete overview of any employee’s coverage Easy access to: Add/Change coverage Add dependents Cancel coverage Edit personal information Request ID cards View medical claims Re-enroll

7 7 Four Simple Steps to Enrollment Let’s try a typical enrollment 1. Enter the Employee’s ID Number 2. Click Submit 3. Fill in the employee’s information 4. Click Continue …and you’re on your way.

8 8 All Your Benefit Options – All on One Page Now, select the coverage for your new enrollee and his or her dependents: They’re all here – including the life and vision options – so everything’s on one page. Medical Dental Vision Life Bottom line: You save time and effort.

9 9 Assign Coverage in Just a Few Clicks EmployerAccess allows you to choose from all available coverage options. Specify the product your employees have selected to enroll in. Enter the provider numbers, if needed. Click Continue.

10 10 Coordination of Care is Simple Now, indicate if the employee has any other coverage, including any prior coverage and/or Medicare. Click Continue and you’ll go to the Enrollment Verification screen for final review.

11 11 Verify, Then You’re Ready to Submit Your enrollment is almost ready for processing. One last review on the Enrollment Verification page, and if everything checks out, just click Submit, EmployerAccess is a fast way to get enrollment submitted. Your employees and their dependents can begin using their benefits sooner.

12 12 Easy to Follow Steps It’s easy to know where you are when processing any transaction. Just check the status bar. The status bar will always tell you what steps have been taken and what still needs to be done.

13 13 Review and Pay Your Premium Bills, All Online! Want to review your billing? Just click the Billing tab and select from the options. You can: Review and download invoices by billing period Click on invoice numbers to view details Pay bills online by clicking the “Pay Online Now” button

14 14 Schedule Your Payments Never miss a payment. Set your account to auto-pay. To schedule a payment: Enter the payment date in the ‘First Payment Date’ field in a MM/DD/YYYY sequence. Select a payment frequency Click Continue Note: Recurring monthly payments can be set for a specific number of months or with no end date established.

15 15 Schedule Your Payments Set Payment Frequency and Amount Select from two payment amount entry methods: “Have system determine amount” - Select this method to have the system determine your payment amount based on all open invoices on the scheduled payment date. Note: Invoices with future dates will be included if they have been generated! For instance, an additional payment will be made if your next month's invoice has been generated. “Enter amount $” - Select this method to enter a fixed dollar amount to pay each month.

16 16 View Past Invoices EmployerAccess’ Payment History page gives you an easy handle on billing. Review, download and print any or all invoices and payments from the past 17 months.

17 17 EmployerAccess – Reporting Made Easy! Reports available at your fingertips. Just click the Reports tab to access reports and other information: Pending Activity Activity Report Employee Lists Life Tool
