The Global Burden of Uncorrected Refractive Error 153 million with uncorrected Rx distance + 517 million uncorrected presbyopes = Today, more than 670 million people do not have access to the eye exams and glasses they need. Without glasses, children may be unable to learn at school and parents unable to provide for their families.
