4. Exercise Purpose Are hospitals prepared to receive, manage, and dispense medical countermeasures? Identify Strengths/Barriers in communication, securing of facilities, and continuity of operations.

5. Exercise Structure Designed to accommodate ASPR & non- ASPR facilities Interaction with MDCHD will last approximately 4 hours Allow for both tabletop and full-scale play at hospital level. Hotwash will be via electronic survey AAC on April 15, 2011

6. Elements to Consider Contacts up to date? ICP communications equipment operational? Accessible? Surge is a potential in such a large scale event… Vital contractors should be remembered Single point delivery in the county is a reality
