STRENGTHENING RESEARCH TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT AND INNOVATION Specific objective 2 Enhance regional innovation support capacity so that it will allow regions to effectively increase innovation levels after the end of the funding period and particularly in line with smart specialisation strategies. ENVIRONMENTAL PRIORITY ACCESS Supporting the shift towards a Low Carbon Economy in all sectors through promoting research, innovation and the adoption of low carbon technologies (Thematic Objective 4) Promoting and restoring biodiversity, soil protection and restoration and promoting ecosystem services including NATURA 2000 sites and green infrastructure (Thematic Objective 6) Supporting industrial transition towards a resource efficient economy and green growth (Thematic Objective 6) europeanpolicysolutions
