1 What is Go On? Go ON UK is a cross-sector digital skills charity. Go ON UK is a partnership organisation and has the chief executives of nine major organisations around its boardroom table. Working with its partners, Go ON UK’s vision is to empower everyone in the UK to reach their digital potential.vision Cross party support with commitments from all sides to continue investments.

Basic Online Skills Everyone deserves online services that meet their needs. People without the Basic Online Skills to become confident online should not be left behind.Basic Online Skills We’ll share our experience and resources on digitalskills.com to help everyone in the UK get connected.

12 Where are we now? 19% of people in the NWest are digitally excluded West Lancashire has between 85 – 89% of internet users vs a UK average of 87% West Lancashire has between 10 – 14% of non- users compared to a UK average of 12.6%. Across Lancashire digital exclusion affects up to 120,000 individuals. This equates approximately 10,000 digitally excluded individuals in West Lancashire.
