6. + SAT10 Testing, grades K-2 Loudon County Schools will give SAT10 PES students in K-2 will take the SAT10 test again this year Currently, this is scheduled to be the last year for SAT10 Tennessee is developing a new 2 nd grade assessment aligned with the new TNReady test in 3 rd -8 th grades. 7. + TNReady and Social Studies The NEW 3-8 Testing “Love the Purple, Live the Gold" TCAP is changing… Science is the same test, pencil and paper TNReady is online in 2 parts (below) Social Studies is online in 2 parts (below) Part 1: Feb. 8 – March 4 Emphasis on Writing Part 2: April 18 – May 13 New Question Types, MIST platform

8. + LAUNCH – New Format for 2015-16! LAUNCH is scheduled to begin on September 1 New Format!!! – All students in grades 3-8 can stay daily until 5:30 Monday – Friday! Snack Clubs Academics New Programs being developed If a club is cancelled for the day, students will go to another activity After school care still available for grades K-2 “Love the Purple, Live the Gold"
