3 Purpose : To verify if amantadine has dose–dependent toxicity on the corneal endothelium in addition to idiosyncratic hypersensitivity by investigate central corneal thickness (CCT) and corneal endothelial status such as endothelial cell density (EDC), coefficient of variation (CoV) and hexagonality (% Hex) of the Parkinson’s subjectsbtaking amantadine
