2 2 AccessText Network Overview What: Membership Driven Service Network. Publisher members provide alternative textbooks by leveraging an request, approval, fulfillment and tracking web based portal. Why: A central place for DSS and publisher services and feedback. Based on the volume and variety of requests and methods increasingly taxing for DSS and publishers. Who: Funding provided by the Association of American Publishers (AAP), Charter Publishers including Bedford, Freeman & Worth, Cengage, CQ Press, Elsevier, McGraw-Hill, Pearson, Wiley, WW Norton and the University System of Georgia’s Alternative Media Access Center
