3 Purpose of Presentation To enable Innovation Managers to educate staff at their organisation Provides a brief introduction to innovation Explains what innovation is Explains what innovation involves May be customised to explain the local support available and to provide local case studies

16 Why support innovation? New ideas occur independently of any system of management BUT cannot identify, appraise, support development, support adoption or share those good ideas without a support framework We deliver both hands-on support and management/governance capability
