If you do not have an email account set up, you will be asked to provide your name, street address, and phone number.

If you have not already logged in, you will be asked to log in. You may access the invoice by either : A)Clicking on “check the status of your application” B)Or by clicking on “Balance Due $60.00” in the bottom right corner of the screen. Click Here or Here

3. 6. If you clicked to “check the status of your application”, you must now select “View/Pay invoice” 7. Next, select “Pay recurring invoice” to connect to Paypal and pay your invoice by PayPal, credit or debit card. You may also pay your invoice by check: print out the invoice from your online account and mail the invoice with a check to: MHCA, P.O. Box 9672, McLean, VA 22102-9672.
