Centre for Genetic Resources, the Netherlands M&D conclusion Milestones and deliverables of WP5 are all met until present.

Centre for Genetic Resources, the Netherlands First annual Leafy Veg progress report Tech. & Fin. report submitted by April 2 to EU technical reporting was relatively easy; financial reporting took considerable time from the partners’ administrations. Reviewing technical report May 8: few comments received from EU May 26: reply to EU June 2: accepted by EU Reviewing financial report June 8: a number of comments received from the EU Expected reimbursement: September

Centre for Genetic Resources, the Netherlands First annual LV progress report conclusions The technical reporting was OK: relatively easy reviewing process did not give much problems, in contrast to last year…. The financial reporting was for most (all) of us a time consuming business. I expected that ‘things’ would run more smoothly, given our first year exercise, but alas… (hopefully next year ‘things’ will be better). reviewing in progress

Centre for Genetic Resources, the Netherlands New LV contract needed - (already for a year) Reasons: NGB changed its juridical name into NordGen USOFA (Mihaela Cerne) stopped and their work will be carried out by KIS (Vladimir Meglic), both organizations are established in Ljubjana (Slovenia). 10% budget ceiling is not met for ‘other costs’ item: 55% change, this is due to the fact that a lot of partners decreased this budget item and transferred the budget to personnel costs.

Centre for Genetic Resources, the Netherlands Leafy Veg dissemination We need to do something about this Leafy Veg homepage ( summary of annual results + lisst of publications) Writing papers, giving presentations, etc

Centre for Genetic Resources, the Netherlands General conclusion coordination project is well on track
