5 Network S provides the State Plan with access to over 20,000 providers within the State of Tennessee. The BlueCard Network provides the State Plan with access to 5,593 hospitals and over 990,000 providers across the United States. 7 Q: What type of information is available on the BlueCross webpage and BlueAccess? A: You can find the State Member Handbook, State Plan Document, State Health Plan FAQs, and BlueCross Medical Policies on the webpage. A member can review their claims, update Coordination of Benefits (COB), order an ID card, and find information on discounts available through the BluePerks Program by signing into their own account on BlueAccess. 8 Q: Do members have access through their smart phones to the information available on BlueAccess? A: Yes, members can access information about their claims, find a doctor or an urgent care center, and see other plan details with myBlueTN, our new mobile app. Questions & Answers Where can I access……

9 Q: How can I determine if a doctor is the BlueCross Network, where can this information be found? A: Go to the dedicated State Plan webpage and on the right side there is a tool called Find a Doctor. Enter the first three letters from your ID number shown on your BlueCross ID card. Another option is to call BlueCross Member Services at: 1-800-588-6213; between the hours of 7:00 am - 4:15 pm (cst) Monday – Friday. Questions & Answers Where can I find……

10 Q: If a member is out of state and has an emergency, how do they find an in-network provider? A: If the member believes it is a life- threatening emergency, they should go to the nearest hospital. If it is not life-threatening, the member may find a provider by calling the number on the back of their BlueCross ID card: 1-800-810-BLUE; or they may access the information by using the Find a Doctor tool available on the webpage.
