15.  All Interlink drivers operate on the 70 hour/7 day cycle.  When you reach the end of your cycle, you must book off for 36 consecutive hours to complete your “reset” before you can start your new cycle.  You CAN reset and begin a new cycle at any time by simply booking off for 36 consecutive hours.

RULES For Split Periods  Single drivers using a sleeper berth must use two separate periods totaling 10 hours off- duty, provided neither period is less than 2 hours  Team drivers using a sleeper berth must use two separate periods totaling 8 hours off- duty, provided neither is less than 4 hours (10 hours off must still be taken in a day)
