3  The cell wall is located outside of the cell  The cell wall has a primary layer, a gluecy pectin layer, and a secondary layer  The cell wall is exterior structure that surrounds the plasma membrane.

4  The cell is a thick layer of fibers that surrounds the outside of the membrane  Only plant cells have cell membranes  Cell walls are located around plant cell, fungi cells, an some prokaryotes
