A powerful meta-database which enables us to search full-text e-books and periodical articles from multiple online databases from different vendors in one search. The generic name for it is EDS (EBSCO Discovery Service), which has been implemented in many college/university libraries. Powerful features of GoElectronic: Searches all e-books and full-text articles from journals, magazines, and archived newspapers Searches multimedia materials Facets (Limit Search Options) SmartText Search (Entering a phrase, a sentence, or a paragraph) Search word variations 2
