2.  Rafe  Rafe is a person who starts the story is just a regular boy with the laziest step father ever. He is always getting in trouble in school because his twin brother and also imaginary friend tells him what to do. Because operation R.A.F.E Rules Aren’t For Everyone.

3.  Leo is Rafe’s friend, also know as his twin brother, who encourages Rafe to break rules.  Well when I say he is Rafes twin brother it’s true because they were both born on the same day, but Leo did not make it and Rafe did so Rafe couldn’t let him go and Leo became his imaginary friend and also made up and helped Operation R.A.F.E.

4.  Jules Is Rafe’s Mom. She has drama with Rafe and his step father Bear who really doesn’t do anything, except sit on the couch watching sports. Jules works for a restaurant and in Rafe’s opinion makes the best apple pie ever.

5.  She's a dragon. She's a teacher. She's a nightmare. She really does not like Rafe’s behavior because of how he plays around a lot and she is always on Rafe’s case because of how he acts so Rafe has to watch out for her.

6.  The principal who has all her tricks and everything does not pass by her, because she can hear kids from miles away. I’d say she has some ears for a human being, but I guess all principals are like that. I don’t know why though. I think she is a weird principal, but nice if you do the right things. In Rafe’s case, he is on her bad side.

7.  Rafe’s sister, also known as the annoying little girl. She doesn’t like Bear either, so she helps Rafe get Bear out. While helping Rafe by letting him not get spotted by his mom and gives Georgia zoom which is a drink that bear hide from them but Rafe found them and sold them at school.

8.  Is the meanest guy ever he likes to pick on Rafe all the time because he thinks Rafe is trying be the bad guy so he takes Rafes notebook of operation R.A.F.E so Miller takes it and demands that he gets a dollar for every page.

9.  Jean is in the same grade as Rafe he has a secret crush on her and she doesn’t know that he does. She likes to do the good things and not get in trouble while Rafe likes to not follow the rules.

10.  I would recommend this book if you like comedy because it can be really fun sometimes because it has great imagination and some parts of book are serious and it gives you a head start to know what middle school is going be like or will be like.

11.  The main parts of book are mostly about Rafe and what he did in middle school and how he did it. Like when his brother Leo should him that rules are meant to be broken
