Inquire to National Files Can look by VA Product, NDC/UPC, or CMOP ID –VA Product is usually the generic drug entity such as “Ibuprofen” or “Amoxicillin” Will mostly use this one –NDC or UPC requires that you know one of them or have a package in hand –CMOP ID is used mainly by the VA, and stands for Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy
