9. YouTube is very popular with our students but there are clips which can be beneficial to the World Language classroom too. Check your system’s policy on the use of this site in advance. Many systems block it. If YouTube is blocked, try TeacherTube. In some cases, it is not blocked and the same clips are available on both sites. 10. Egg timers and kitchen timers have been part of every classroom for many years. There are many situations when we want to give our students a specific amount of time to complete a task. 11. Every embassy would like to share information about its people and country with students. Very often, the embassy has an Education Office with a staff whose job it is to interact with the school systems and to provide educational programs and/or materials.
