For example immigrants buy products and start new business that require work force.

4. Negative Effects Immigrants occupy the fixed jobs that provide low income causing there to be less available jobs for the native born citizens. An increase in immigrants lead to overcrowded classrooms that make native born citizens education suffer More immigrants consume more of United States natural resources and causing pollution Immigrants contribute millions of dollars to their home country instead of helping the United States economy

6. Cloning 3 different types of Cloning –recombinant DNA technology or DNA cloning - This refers to “gene” or “molecular” cloning. It is the reproduction of identical copies of the same gene –reproductive cloning – generally involves the copying of an organism. For example Dolly, the sheep, was created using this type of cloning. Scientist use the somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) which is placing genetic material from an adult nucleus into an egg that has had its genetic material (nucleus) removed –therapeutic cloning- it is also called “embryo cloning” and it does not mean to clone a human but to study the stem cell to learn about human development and treatment against disease

7. Benefits of Cloning DNA cloning is important because it helps us learn about gene therapy, genetic engineering of organisms, and sequencing genomes. Reproductive cloning can be useful to help develop ways to reproduce animals with special qualities such as animals that serve as models to study human-diseases or drug producing animals. This method of cloning could also be useful in reproducing endangered species. Therapeutic cloning could lead to the production of human organs with healthier cells replacing the damaged or diseased cells

8. Downfall of Cloning Cloning is inefficient and very expensive 90% of experiments fail to produce an offspring Cloned animals have a low health rate and die young. Cloned animals tend to have more difficulties with their immune system and are more likely of infection and disorders.

Disability Laws The Americans with Disabilities Act- provides equal opportunities for people with disabilities in: employment, transportation, public accommodations, government services, and telecommunications. The Rehabilitation Act- allows funding for a variety of disability-related purposes and activities such as state vocational rehabilitation programs, independent living programs, and training and research. This laws forbids discrimination against people with disabilities by certain types of employers: federal agencies, employers/businesses contracting with federal agencies and programs receiving federal financial assistance The Workforce Investment Act- combines federal job training and employment programs into a One-Stop Career Center making it easier to find employment The Civil Service Reform Act- made to promote equality in federal employee actions and ban discrimination against applicants and employees with disabilities.
