6 Documents Necessary to Get an ID: Students, faculty and staff will need to bring the following: *An ID card will NOT be provided without a picture ID. Passport or Visa Valid Driver’s License State ID Card or Student’s class schedule for the current term AND

8 How can money be added to my Hawk Card account? Cash deposits can be made at the Bursar Office located in the Student Services Building on each campuses. You can also make deposits online by visiting https://www.onecardgivesback.com/hcc Refer to the Give Something Back Network Card Cardholder Agreement for applicable fees.

10 How To Care For Your Hawk Card  Mark or bend the card.  Use your card as a tool or punch holes in it.  Scratch the magnetic chip.  Alter the card.  Expose the card to magnets.  Place the card on stereos, microwaves, or next to credit cards.  Run the card through a washer or dryer. PLEASE DO NOT:

A lost/stolen card may be reported 7-days a week, 24 hours a day, on-line at: https://www.onecardgivesback.com https://www.onecardgivesback.com or by calling Cardholder Customer Service at: ALSO (813) 253-7911 Report the loss or theft immediately to the HCC Department of Public Safety, in person or by phone at (813) 253-7911. 12 How Soon Can I Get A New Hawk Card? You can get a new Hawk Card within 48 hours Payments are accepted in the form of cash or credit card. Lost cards cannot be reactivated once a replacement card has been created. NOTE: The Cardholder is responsible for unauthorized financial transactions that occurred prior to proper notification of a lost/stolen Hawk Card. HILLSBOROUGH COMMUNITY COLLEGE does not assume liability for fraudulent card transactions! FOR LOST CARDS: There is a $20.00 card replacement fee FOR STOLEN CARDS: Bring in a police report for the incident and the replacement fee is $10.00 (or the first occurrence only)
