Total cost on the concession investment;
Payment of all due financial obligations towards KfW, such obligations regarding the airport;
Payment of the Concession Fee;
VAT, Taxes;
30 % of the Future Dividend value (approx. EUR 50 Million);

Phase B of New Passenger Terminal (2008 – 2009):
Reaching the handling capacity of pax/year, triggered the start of the works for the terminal expansion.
Additional investments:
in airport facilities and operations;
in the extension of apron;
in improving the FFR Station, etc.
Phase C and following Investment Phases:
The increase of handled volume will trigger the start of additional investment phases
