11 Matthew 25:20-23 – The first two servants The first two bring 100% return and, even though they have different abilities, are given equal reward and the joy of co-heirship with Christ.

13 Matthew 25:26-30 – Jesus’ response to the third man The last servant is demoted from any responsibility and is excluded from the joy the others experienced, which results in sadness (“weeping”) and frustration on his part (“gnashing of teeth”).
