Create cohorts in order to efficiently track progress.

8 Activity 1.Access your DataDirector account. 2.Access the Student Profile Report for one of your students. 3.What information is there that is useful? 4.What additional information would you like to see?

9 Creating Programs 1.Create the Program 2.Identify the Students for the Program. Can be done in the Students Section or Program Section 3.Attach the students to the Program. 4.Add teachers to the Program (if necessary). 5.Share the Program (if necessary).

10 Using Programs If you’d like to view assessment results for students in a program: 1.Make sure the assessment is shared with you! 2.Access an Assessment Report 3.Modify the Report 4.Choose “From Program” in Roster Options. 5.Select the Program, Report Type, and Assessment. 6.Choose “By Rostering” under Display.
