13 RRC information meeting and workshop Dakar, Senegal April 2005 Planning Exercise Team (PXT) Composed of BR officials and assisted by experts nominated by regional groups Major tasks –Implement planning software system appropriate for large-scale compatibility analysis and plan synthesis –Carry out planning exercise –Produce a draft digital frequency plan Director of BR has overall responsibility for the planning exercise activities

16 RRC information meeting and workshop Dakar, Senegal April 2005 What next? 31May 05 – validation correction and publication of input data PXT – the first planning exercise 4-8 July 05 – IPG first meeting 15 July 05 – Publication of results 3.5 months – administrations to analyse results and prepare input data for production of the draft plan.
