3  Whether you are an older parent, adoptive parent, first-time parent, or all of the above, the fact remains that you are now responsible for the life of a child. It doesn't matter if the child you are caring for is yours by birth, adoption, or through the foster care system. This child, regardless of age, need, or background needs you.

4  He believes that a Childs learning results are dependent on the environment the child is living in.  A child will behave as the intermediate partner doing  Adults play a crucial role in the behaviour of a child.

6  The model advices the adult to have responsible manners in order to mold the character of the child.  It helps parents to determine the environment their children are staying in at all times  It acts as a gauge to measure the behaviors of a child from how he/she behaves

7  When rearing children its essential to be an authoritarian parent. This style is effective in molding the behaviour of the child at large.  The parent is always in control of the child’s character and he/she is there ready to give discipline to ensure the right behavior is attained.

8  Good self discipline  Good social skills  Parent feels secure due to the existence of boundaries and guidance  Parents are directly involved and they get the mutual respect and control of the child’s behavior

9  This is one of the best methods of rearing a child. Here the parent stands in to ensure the child is doing the right thing at the right time.  Members of the family are better situated in behavior development of a child. Looking at it on the discipline line parents will give discipline right on the sport as compared to that of a nanny and center-based care programs.

10  Parents under this program have time to socialize with their children as opposed to other means where parents see their children once in a while. Having some time with the children is a critical situation and it demands to be taken care of and embraced in the up bring of morally upright children. Absence of parents to children's has a great consequences in the manner in which they conduct themselves.

11  Television, which once dominated children’s media consumption habits, is now joined by computers, video game players, cell phones and other connected devices. The result is that children today are completely immersed in media experiences from a very young age. Regulating the impact these experiences are having on our children has become very challenging, for parents and policymakers.

12  It’s a learning resource where they learn some behaviour are harmful to their life's  Some programs like porn's are harmful to their code of conduct and they will try doing it hence messing with their life's at tender ages.  Some programs aired are meant for learning purpose of the children and once watched its hard to forget.  They poster learning esteems to the children

Ethnic identity has also been linked to academic engagement for African-American, Chinese-American, Native American, and Latino students in high school and in college

15  Ethnic identity as part of an individual’s self- concept develops from knowledge of membership in a cultural group and the value or emotional significance attached to that membership. The value placed on ethnic group membership is influenced by the degree to which an individual has experienced acculturation into the dominant culture. The relationship between conceptualization of self, ethnic identity and acculturation and how culturally sensitive counselors can utilize this information has been reviewed in current literature.

16  A child self esteem is crucial and can be raised by several methods.  They include: i. Praise the child when he tries something. This will boost self confidence ii. Show affection, this makes the child develop the sense that am love and worth iii. Set goals, once they attain them give some rewards no matter how small they are they will appreciate and feel appreciated in return

17 iv) Listen to feelings, this helps in knowing how best you can help them in meeting their demands v) Validate their personality, ensure always they are given the support they deserve and they are comfortable of the environment around them vi) Don’t compare, never should a parent try comparing his/her children with others. They are unique vii)Play together, have time with them and they will make you know their talents which ought's to be natured Viii) responsibility, take the role of nurturing them ix) Role model, a parent should be a role model to be emulated by their children

19  When a child socializes at home he/she stands a chance of getting the right support from the parents and other family members more easily than an introvert who keeps everything within him/herself.  Children who are open they are easily noticed. However, even the introverts are required to be supported and helped to know how to socialize with others for the learning benefits.

20  Socializing at school is critical and needs to be monitored keenly. However, this method helps the learns to have better ties with each other and they can be in a position of assisting each other academically.  Social groups in schools are essential and needs to be developed in a better manner to prevent the children from lagging behind others in class work.

21  Teachers help children to open up by showing them the right ways  They help children understand themselves  They help children’s shape the destiny by training them to have the right behaviour which are acceptable.  They create an ambiance environment for the kids to create social groups and how to have the right friends.

23 According to researchers, adoption is not a simple task as it might appear to be. Therefore parents need to have an in depth understanding of the roles they have against their children irrespective of relationship with the child. Adoptions process should be done in a manner that the father will be in a position of understanding the child and they can be able to meet all their d]needs. parents on the other hand, need to have a chance in learning the roles they are required to play and have a successful adoptions in order to offer quality care to the child.
