3 R&D funding in the Czech Republic: budget summary Current (2011) State R&D Budget: 25.3 bil. Kč (~0.98 bil. EUR) State contribution to R&D corrseponds to approx. 1.54 % GDP. 60 % of the budget is currently devoted to the fundamental research.
