7. If you select T&C version, you can view and download it in PDF form. For NB forms, you can view and download the NB application form and illustration from the respective menus

8. Customer can generate account statement and annual acct statements by selecting the respective menus

9. Pay Premium Insurer specific and will provide the facility to the customer

10. Premium pad history will provide the details of the last 10 premium paid details

11. Customer can raise Query & get the query status, can raise complaint request & get complaint status through the respective menus
