14 EGF / BenQ Mobile / Inservio, 2008-03-04 © PEAG Kind of Measures: Overview Due to the current necessities and requirements of the employment- market on the one hand and due to the ideas of the participants on the other hand it was necesary to adjust measures: The fields Conselling and Payment in order to adjust diseconomies to enhance mobility remained unmodified. However, the budget figures had to be adjusted due to the current number of participants. Some offered peergroups covering special subjects were refused by the participants. Therefore e.g. Life/Work-Planning wasnt put in practice. Due to current demands on the part of the employment market a new measure Euromaterialprüfer was offered. The measure Finding a Professional Orientation was refused in general on the part of the participants. The reasons for this decision were the chosen subject matters (gastronomy and assembly/metal); an alternative concept was elaborated and offered.

15 EGF / BenQ Mobile / Inservio, 2008-03-04 © PEAG Measures: Target and Result Purpose of the measures: Both, the individual measures as well as measures in groups intent to give support in finding a new place of employment. This is to be realized by means of qualifying the participants according the required skills so that their field of application can be enhanced or a new field of application can be found. For some of the participants a promise for employment was given on the part different employers before termination of the particular measure.
