14 Why and how important is it to be organized while trying to keep a good functioning team together? Why is it important to be respectful and open minded towards others in the meeting in order to run a successful meeting? If there is an argument in progress, what are some good ways to turn it around, in other words if someone is getting edgy how would you suggest turning the conversation into a less heated one? Do you have trouble arranging meeting times or do you have a set time to meet each week/month? What do you think is the best way to arrange a meeting?

15 There are different types of teams; out of the following, which type would you consider your group to hold? 1) Self Managed Team, 2) Problem Solving Team, 3) Cross Functional Teams, 4) Virtual Team. Is your group formal or informal? Or are they both? How? How do you decide which person in the group takes on each particular roll? How did you decide who would lead your group? Does everyone in your team wear a different "hat", or do some wear the same? What's the best way to avoid conflict? What's the best way to keep the lines of communication open in your team?

16 How do you make sure that everyone in the team is contributing and being involved? Is this something that the team leader should be in charge of? How can you involve other team members if they aren’t participating in a timely manner? Who implements your ideas for the team, or who turns your ideas into solutions? What is the alignment of purpose? Rather, what is the goal and purpose of your group/organization? Do you vote on aspects according to the majority rule or does the leader of the group make the final decisions and assign tasks?
