2 System Architecture End user Central broker and Base Station The goal of our system is to provide broadcast service that covers as many end users in the base station original coverage when some of the users do not have direct connectivity to the base station.

3 How does this system work? Central server will choose users who are close to the disconnected area and ask them to use ad-hoc techniques to discover and send message to the users in that area. Disconnected area User4 and user5 can report their location information to the central broke with the help of other nearby users. The area can now be fully covered again. User4 and user5 will receive broadcast messages with an intermediate user relaying.

4 Two main parts of implementation The scheduling algorithm running inside the central broke that aims to provide broadcast coverage as high as possible. The technique that enables end users to talk to each other without infrastructure.

5 Wifi Direct– solution to mobile ad-hoc Wi-Fi Direct, initially called Wi-Fi P2P, is a Wi-Fi standard that enable devices to connect easily with each other Without requiring a wireless access point Communicate at typical Wi-Fi speeds for both file transfer to internet connectivity. Wi-Fi peer to peer allows Android 4.0 or later devices with the appropriate hardware to connect directly to each other via Wi-Fi without an intermediate access point.

7 Implement Location-based Service Application Interfaces: Location Nearby and Wi-Fi P2P Nearby. MySQL and PHP on back-end server Android on front-end Mobile Phone Google Map API v2 and Wi-Fi P2P service.
