2 Why Send Your Student? This is a once in a lifetime experience where students will have the unique opportunity to experience the nation’s capital. They’ll experience government in action and visit some of the country’s most important historical treasures. The students are also presented with the opportunity to learn and practice life skills in a safe environment away from home.

4 All Inclusive All meals included at restaurants like: ESPN ZONE, HARD ROCK CAFÉ and other fine establishments!

5 Stay At a First Class Hotel 4 Students to a Room 2 Queen Beds or a 2 Room Mini-Suite with beds and a pull out couch Separated from the rest of the hotel A licensed security guard who patrols our area Access to the swimming pool with a licensed life guard on duty All you can eat breakfast buffets including omelet bar Easy access to chaperones throughout the night

8 Capitol Hill Tour with a Representative from Senator Kohl’s Office Includes: tour of Capitol Building, The Supreme Court, Library of Congress and a viewing of the Senate Floor

9 What will we see? Washington Monument and ride the elevator to the viewing deck

10 What will we see? 4 students participate in a wreath laying ceremony on the Tomb of the Unkowns Students will place a specially made Fairview Wreath on the Tomb

17 Other Adventures Include A Play at the Kennedy Center Ghost Tour of Old Alexandria United States Holocaust Museum Crime & Punishment Museum Smithsonian Institutes Take a Subway Ride Canadian Embassy Ford’s Theatre And many more believe it or not!

18 Is It Safe? We travel with safety as the number one priority! Buses drivers are rotated on the travel from Milwaukee to DC so there is always someone fresh behind the wheel. We travel with a step on guide in the DC area who knows and lives in the DC area. Hotel security, lifeguards and a 10 to 1 chaperone student ratio. All students are covered by the ET insurance policy: $5,000 life, $1,500 illness, $5,000 accident and $750 dental. All students are covered by the supplemental MPS Insurance. CPR & First Aid certified tour guides! Ability to reach your student 24 hours a day.

19 Cost $719 That covers all insurance, food, lodging, admissions and travel for the 5 days and 4 nights. Fundraising 11 months to fundraise - $65 a month – less than 3 boxes of candy a month Two fundraisers throughout the year- Candy & TBD

20 Final Details This is a legal contract of purchase with Educational Tours not Fairview School. You can buy supplemental refund guarantee insurance for $70 which will allow you to cancel the contract at any time. First 50 students to sign up go!
