2. Enter the EMR – Other Reports is the most common panel where scanned documents reside Click on camera of the report/document you would like to view to launch ValcoViewer

3. Click on View Bars Uncheck “Search Dialog” box to make side bar disappear and document easier to view. Welcome to ValcoViewer – this is one scanned document

4. To flip the image – use the keys circle above 1)If document has multiple pages, the number of pages is listed in top bar 2)To move from page to page, click on the highlighted arrow, single arrow to next page, double arrow to last page 3)# sign will allow you to go to a specific page number, insert page number in the pop up box If the size of the image is larger than you prefer, click on the (-) magnifier to reduce. Conversely, if the image is smaller than you prefer, click on the (+) magnifier to enlarge.

5. To enlarge a certain section, hold left click on mouse down and drag cursor over the area, then release – Note: the larger the area you mark, the bigger the image will be This is the size of the image based on the initial marking – to reduce this image – RIGHT click on your mouse, (it may take multiple right clicks) or use (-) magnifier above.

6. Another way to return to the EMR to review another document, is to click “File” and “Return to Meditech” or you can press the F11 function key “X “out to close, return to the EMR and view other documents.
