3. Blackstone Finance Systems I oversee a team of about 20 people worldwide who develop and manage Blackstone's Financial reporting systems. These systems include an Oracle General ledger, Investran for fund accounting, Essbase, Tidemark and various homegrown systems. TIDEMARK ADVISORY BOARD3

4. How are you using Tidemark? Blackstone chose tidemark to be the platform for its non GAAP financial metrics reporting. Tidemark had the right combination of ease of use, advanced UI and good workflow management. We are looking to Tidemark to be our solution to “Excel as system of record” and “email as our method of data delivery” TIDEMARK ADVISORY BOARD4

5. What have you learned through the process? Currently over 60 employees at Blackstone are using Tidemark, That number will be growing throughout the year as we add new financial metrics to the platform. It is important to develop in house knowledge of how tidemark works. TIDEMARK ADVISORY BOARD5

6. Bio TIDEMARK ADVISORY BOARD6 Kevin Hannon is a Managing Director in the Finance & Administration Group. Since joining Blackstone, Mr. Hannon has managed the implementation of Blackstone's firm wide general ledger and Fund accounting systems. Before joining Blackstone in 2008, Mr. Hannon was with Merrill Lynch, serving as Director of Financial Re-engineering. Prior to that, he was a Vice President in the investment Management Division at Goldman, Sachs & Co responsible for management reporting systems in the asset management Division. Mr. Hannon received a BS/BA in Accounting from the University of Vermont, and an MBA in Professional Accounting from Fordham University. Mr. Hannon is a Certified Public Accountant.
