Real Estate division handles property acquisition, disposal, leasing and forest management for Savannah, Charleston and Wilmington Districts. HAP – Eastern half of US. 5 Construction Contracts
All construction contracts with the exception of Dredging are solicited via A “Request for Proposal” RFP. Evaluation is conducted by a source selection board and evaluation criteria varies among RFPs.
