3 Proposed Scheme - Main features
This scheme is for FSE/ ET/ FoS/ SAM/ their immediate supervisors/ Regional Manager/ Location In-charges (LH). It gives a new joinee 3-4 months to get to optimum level of contract closing. Eligibility is on banked collection as per the targets assigned. Sales = Banked Collection Since the eligibility is based on banked collection, the scheme does not differentiate between new or renewal contracts. This takes away any discussion on whether an AOP is stretched or sandbagged and has a simple mechanism of commission earning. It is transparent across the country and across town classes, and not based on any legacy. Boosters are provided to increase AVPC.

10 Sales Incentive Scheme - ‘Partner Product’ Accounts
FSE/ ET/ FoS/ SAM/ ASM/ DSM/ RM/ LH (Applicable on Personal Productivity Only) For all Sales Employees Google & Facebook - The collection/ sales recognition for all Google & Facebook account will be equal to 25% of the total collection/ sales value of the contract. Specific for Infomedia Sales TV Product - The collection/ sales recognition for the TV account will be equal to 25% of the total collection/ sales value of the contract.. Expo -The collection/ sales recognition for the Expo account will be equal to 25% of the total collection/ sales value of the contract. Sales = Banked Collection

11 Sales Incentive Scheme - Boosters
FSE/ ET/ FoS/ SAM/ ASM/ DSM/ RH/ LH (Boosters Provided to Increase AVPC in Individual Productivity) On all single cheques of INR 50k and above earn cash incentive INR 1,000 per such order & all single cheques above Rs.1,00,000 get Rs.1,500/- such order. Highest Card close in a month in a city to get extra 0.5% on the incentive amount. Highest Collection achiever in a month in a city extra 0.5% on Incentive amount. Sales = Banked Collection

12 Sales Incentive Scheme - Payout Grid (Immediate Supervisor of FoS)
Incentive Grid - Immediate Supervisor of FoS (Applicable on Team Productivity) Monthly Incentive Payout Grid Immediate Supervisor - Booster Weekly if all FSE gets activated (Each FSE in group performs) Earn INR 1000. All teams perform at 100% of their target at month-end. Earn INR team trip for weekend retreat. Terms And Conditions All Incentives on revenue realized in bank. Sales tax/ Barter sale amount not to be considered for incentive. Team Collection Target Achievement %age Incentive Payout %age on Collection 75-85% 1.00% 86% - 99% 1.75% % 2.00% 111% and above 3.50% Sales = Banked Collection

Incentive Grid - Upline Sales Manager/ Regional Manager/ Location In-Charge/ Regional Heads (Applicable on Team Productivity) Monthly Incentive Payout Grid Terms And Conditions Upline Manager is the 2nd level of reporting for an FoS All Incentives on revenue realized in bank. Sales tax/ Barter sale amount not to be considered for incentive. Team Collection Target Achievement %age Incentive Payout %age on Collection 75-85% 0.50% 86% - 99% 0.75% % 1.00% 111% and above 2.50% Sales = Banked Collection

14 Fine Print/ Definitions/ Terms and conditions
All Incentive amount is on the collection realized in the bank. The following would not be calculated in collection. ECS/ PDC (Till the time it is credited in bank). Sales tax amount Barter value Discount amount 75% on Partner Products This scheme is effective from Nov 1, 2013. This scheme supersedes all other existing sales incentive scheme for Direct Sales Vertical. The management reserves the right to change/ modify the scheme as per its discretion.
