BREATH Breath through nose Keep jaw relaxed (molars slightly apart) Place tongue tip lightly behind upper or lower front teeth Use diaphram to inhale (belly breaths) Welcome physical excitement signals Constrict then release tense muscles Practice first few lines Repeat positive affirmations
