2 What is World Wide Web? An Internet-based computer network that allows people at one computer to access information stored on another. A single document in a web site is called Web page. These web site documents are stored on servers.

6 Determine Intellectual Property Ownership Make sure that who will own and control the site before the constructing get started. Web sites must be treated as same as textbooks.

7 Plan Ahead Choose a clear file names and locate them in a single directory Avoid general file names, such as Psyc.htm or course.htm. Avoid changing the names and locations of Web files
