3 Fire Drill Information  Be prepared for a fire drill in the coming weeks  When the Fire Alarms ring, students will find the closest exit to their current classroom to get to the soccer field.  Back Staircase  Front Staircase  Exit the building in an orderly fashion  Regroup on the field according to your advisory group.

8 Fire Drill Information  If students do not report directly to their advisor, the whole fire drill will be difficult to carry on and we’ll lose break time.  Please move quickly and quietly to your advisory teacher line on the soccer field.  Leave your backpacks / materials in your classrooms

9 Parent Conferences  Tuesday, Oct. 21 & Wednesday, Oct. 22  Parents are invited to speak to teachers about your grades, progress, behavior, etc.  Conferences are from 12:00 – 3:30 pm  Drop-in conferences  Students are welcome to visit with your parents, but not required  Half – Day Schedule for students (Tues & Wed)  Tuesday – Day 3, Wednesday – Day 4  8:00 – 11:30 am  Buses leave campus at 11:45 am

13 International Food Fair  Saturday, Oct. 25  Buy your coupons and enjoy the opportunity to sample some tasty food!  Dances, performances, food!  Sign up for volunteering opportunities to help keep the event running smoothly!  See the HS Café or talk with Miss O’Fee  11:30 am – 3:00 pm

14 Managebac  If you are volunteering for an activity, remember to either join a group or ADD CAS ACTIVITY on Managebac.  Identify a supervisor and write a reflection (around 200 words) that illustrates which outcomes you chose for the activity  Add photos to prove that you were involved  Request supervisor review after you finish your reflection
