12  Domestic servants are not covered by the UAE Labor Law of 1980, therefore sexual abuse among female servants is a great concern  Much more moderate than other countries on homosexual punishments  The punishment was never execution and rarely life time sentence in jail  Foreigners receive deportation, deportation sometimes temporary  Foreigners infected with a disease such as HIV, Hepatitis will not be given and work or visa and they are kicked out of the country  Victims of crime are provided with rehabilitation, counseling, and shelter until they get a proper document.  Many victims are sent home on the government’s expense
