3 Introduction Background: ENQA surveys on Quality Procedures (2002 & 2008) Survey aimed to collect features of good practices within the priorities formulated by ENQA (following the Ministerial meetings) The data collected is the result of a self-assessment of agencies., but it does not give a comprehensive picture of current and future practices. The respondents were strongly encouraged to complete the survey in consultation with members of the agency and stakeholders 3
