Current situation One delivery adress to the 450 municipal units Delivery plan for all units E-purchasing system Lower prices per product (2-8%) All units pays their own fregiht cost per delivery 75 % less emissions comparing today with yesterday (RME in the lorries) 80 % fewer stops ( 1900 / 350 per week ) Goods worth 60MSEK is included in the UCC, we expect to reduce the prices of goods with 8-12%, and the freight cost is about 5 MSEK/yr
