2 Introduction THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF BUSINESS POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEES | 2 Democrats will pick up at least six new seats in the House of Representatives. Democrats picked up a net gain of two seats in the U.S. Senate. In the 113 th Congress, there will be more Members who have served two terms or less in Congress since 1992.
