7 2 of 5 | First Friday | Week 1 On the first Friday your school meets, rally for First Friday. This is when you will gather your core leaders – students, Campus Coach, Faculty Sponsor – as well as any interested new students for prayer and planning. At First Friday lock in your plan for the year. When and where will you meet? How will you spread the word? Lastly, coordinate your next three meetings for FPU.

8 3 of 5 | First Priority University | Weeks 2-4 First Priority University is our all new, 12-video tutorial series on First Priority. Over three weeks, through engaging FPU videos (100, 200, 300 series) and thoughtful small group discussions, you will master how to run a successful club.

9 FPU 100 SERIES (12:09 Total) In the FPU 100 Series you will learn the WHY and WHO strategy of a First Priority club. Why does First Priority exist? Who are the key players required to start and maintain and active club? In total, the four 101 Videos are just over 12 minutes long. Why or why not? 102 Why and how are Student Leaders a critical component to the First Priority strategy? 103 Why is it critical that Faculty Sponsors attend every club meeting and serve as a liaison between your club and school administration? 104 Is the Campus Coach supposed to lead all the club meetings? Why or why not?

In total, the four 201 Videos are just over 14 minutes long. 17 4 of 5 | Launch TEAM | Weeks 5-8 After completing the FPU 300 series, you are now ready to Launch TEAM. Host your first 5th Quarter Planning Meeting and use the 4-Week Planner. Launch Tell Week on week 5, followed by Equip-Ask-Mission weeks for a successful Launch TEAM.

18 5 of 5 | See You at the Pole | Sept 24 For the last 25 years, See You at the Pole has been about one simple act—prayer. SYATP is about students uniting themselves in prayer before God interceding for their generation. This is a great way to pray for your campus and also find other interested students.
