She has managed the financial communications programs for a wide range of public and private companies, providing day-to-day counsel to executive management and coordinating investor relations efforts for a number of diversified clients. Marty is proactive in the planning and execution of investor outreach programs, including road shows and investor conferences, and in developing strategic communications plans for client organizations. Marty has more than a decade of in-house agency investor relations management experience, specializing in the targeting and development of institutional investor and research analyst following, support of fundraising activities, corporate and crisis communications, consulting, and the introduction and positioning of companies to the investment community. Prior to becoming an investor relations professional, Marty spent 15 years as a sales and marketing executive in the technology industry, with companies such as NCR, GTE Telenet, and a division of McDonnell-Douglas. She has held several managerial and executive positions, including Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Executive Vice President, and General Manager. Askew Managing Member Management bios… Dennis began his career at a daily newspaper as a feature writer and columnist, then in 1985 began his career in financial services. During his tenure with Charles Schwab & Company he played a key role in Schwab’s national margin management program during the1987 market crash, and then created and developed Schwab’s national stock option program for corporate officers and senior management. From Schwab, Dennis entered Morgan Stanley as a senior credit specialist, then moved to Bankers Pension as the Manager of Trade Administration. In early 1996, Dennis moved to Fidelity Mutual Funds, assuming the role of Publishing Manager, and began contributing feature articles to print-based Buyside Magazine. Dennis left Fidelity in 1999 to become the senior writer at Heartland Asset Management and was promoted to director of corporate communications. Dennis then began contributing articles and research to web-based third parties such as NetStocks, CBS Market Guide, and Reuters-Multex. In 2000, Dennis became the Director of Media Relations for a well known financial relations firm. Throughout 2005 and through mid-2006, he was a contributing editor and visiting columnist for The Tech Briefing, a web-based report produced by Reuters Investment Research Dept. In mid-2006, Dennis joined McCloud Communications as a managing member.
