6 When you see the term: Children's: consider the organization for which you work Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, Community Services, Primary Care, Children's corporate services, Children’s Community Health Plan (CCHP), Children's Hospital of Wisconsin in Neenah, Children's Hospital of Wisconsin Foundation. (delete those that don’t pertain) Senior leadership: consider the CEO, president, and vice presidents. Work unit: consider the group of employees in your work area/program/department, typically reporting to the same person. The person I report to: consider the person you report to directly; the person who conducts your performance review. Like employers: consider similar healthcare or social service organizations in your geographic area. Providers: consider physicians, advanced practice nurses, hospitalists, psychologists and dentists. Senior nursing leadership: consider the Chief Nursing Officer, VP for Ambulatory/Regional and Executive Directors for In-Patient, Service Lines, Ambulatory, Fox Valley, Surgical, Imaging and Emergency Services. (delete for non hospital RNs) Nursing Professional Practice Model: consider the shared governance council structure that includes hospital- wide and unit/department level groups, with the purpose of involving nurses and interdisciplinary team members in decisions that impact practice, quality, and professional development.
