Improve DC rate formula to more accurately calculate State DC rates with SNAP 3. Encourage & fund the use of more user groups (like CNSSW) – need more States sharing with States opportunities. Include technology vendors and work toward system standardization 4. Make DC an interdepartmental priority CNSSW
