4. Project Priority Methodology Capacity Projects Bicycle/Pedestrian Related Projects Same as last year, TPO’s 2035 Long Range Transportation Plan. Completed projects are removed from the list, projects scheduled for construction in first three years are moved to the committed list and new projects are placed at the end of the priority list. Community Redevelopment Agency projects provided by Panama City Beach. Department of Defense project provided by Tyndall Air Force Base.

5. New rankings for Transportation Alternatives projects are being ranked by TPO staff based on criteria adopted by the TPO in April 2015. New projects for Transportation System Management ranked based on TPO approved criteria. Project Priority Methodology

Any changes in Project Priorities requires two-thirds majority of the voting members present. Proposed Changes
