4 WHAT IS GISAC? GISAC was created to solve the information / intelligence sharing problems between federal, state, and local agencies. GISAC is the State’s clearinghouse and main processing center for terrorism information.

12 OUR INTELLIGENCE PROGRAMS Georgia Terrorism Intelligence Program (GTIP) The Georgia Terrorism Intelligence Project is an ODP grant-funded intelligence sharing project between state and local law enforcement agencies and GISAC.
