2 Jon Fratelli plays Indie/Blues/Glaswegian music. He was first labeled to Cherry Tree Records, then to Island Records, and later Interscope Records. Jon Fratelli recorded with his first band “The Fratellis” in 2006-2008. Then left The Fratellis, and played with “Codeine Velvet Club” from 2008-2010 which was labeled by Island Records, and Dangerbird Records. He is now recording a solo album. Jon Fratelli has been famous for 5 years and made great CD’s such as “Costello Music” and “Here We Stand”.

5 Jon Fratelli, born as Jon Paul Lawler, is the lead guitarist, singer, and song writer of the bands “The Fratellis”, and “Codeine Velvet Club”. He was born March 4, 1979 and is 31 years of age. He was born in Glasglow, Scotland and has a wife named Heather and has a son named Jamie, born 1999. One interesting fact about Jon, is that his song “Chelsea Dagger” is about his wife, and another fact is that he always wears a leopard- skinned guitar strap.

7 This is my favorite song by him because Jon used C Major, which is a really over used key, yet he made the song sound very original. It’s very fast, energetic, and positive, when the lyrics are actually really sad. It’s just a really creative song. (Verse) “Well she said I know but I just cant tell Everything you've just been saying Lucy was there as well in the dark The kids in the band were playing” (Chorus) “And all the while the girls sang ‘La la la la’ she sang Kicking's for my sweetheart Bruises that I just don't miss And she said ‘I can't love you anymore than this!’”
